At the heart of Louisiana Liberation and Sovereignty Collective is a powerful collective of visionaries, organizers, artists, educators, and freedom fighters rooted in the rich soil of Louisiana’s legacy of resistance. We are descendants of revolutionaries, tribal leaders, culture bearers, and community builders who are rooted in a commitment to advancing liberation, sovereignty, and self-determination for Black, Indigenous, and frontline communities across Louisiana and the Gulf South.

Our team is united by a shared commitment to dismantling systems of oppression and cultivating spaces where Black and Indigenous life is honored, protected, and celebrated. Each member brings a unique blend of lived experience, ancestral wisdom, and radical imagination to the work of liberation.
