The Louisiana Liberation and Sovereignty Collective (LLSC) is a Black and Indigenous-led grassroots collective advancing liberation, land sovereignty, human rights, and environmental justice across Louisiana. We organize and equip communities through grassroots advocacy, civic engagement, and leadership development—ensuring those most impacted by injustice have the tools, knowledge, and power to shape decisions that affect their lives. Our work centers healing, cultural connection, and solidarity as we challenge systems that perpetuate inequity and work toward community-driven solutions.​

Through initiatives like Speak Out Louisiana, the Black Liberation Experience, Indigenous Sovereignty Retreats, and the Louisiana Truth and Safety Project, we create spaces for education, narrative change, and collective action. From building local advocacy power to reshaping harmful narratives around criminalization and poverty, we are committed to shifting power back into the hands of the people. Together, we are cultivating a future rooted in justice, dignity, and self-determination.
